How to Make a Bundle
A bundle is the tidiest storage in the game: one inventory slot that holds a whole stack's worth of mixed items. Perfect for mining trips, where six half-stacks of junk would otherwise clog your hotbar.
The recipe
Two cheap ingredients, both early-game. Lay them out in the crafting grid and you have a bundle.
String drops from spiders and cobwebs; rabbit hide comes from rabbits (two hide also craft into one leather). The exact grid pattern is on Astroworld crafting.
Packing and unpacking
Pick up the bundle on your cursor and right-click it onto a stack, or hold the bundle and right-click items. Each one packs in until the bundle is full.
Right-click the bundle in your inventory to drop the most recent item back out, one at a time. Empty bundles weigh nothing.
How much fits
A bundle holds 64 “slots” of space. A normal item that stacks to 64 takes 1/64th of that per item, so one bundle swallows a full stack of cobblestone. Mix items freely until the space runs out.
- ◆One full stack of any 64-stackable item fills a bundle exactly.
- ◆Items that stack to 16 (like eggs) take four times the room each.
- ◆Non-stackable items (tools, armor, boats) are heaviest of all.
- ◆Shulker boxes cannot go inside, just like they cannot nest.
- ◆Bundles come in all 16 dye colours for quick colour-coding.
Quick answers
Look up the bundle, string and rabbit hide on the items database, grab the exact pattern from crafting, or read about rabbits in the mob database.
